Fitness and working out should be something you look forward to by making it fun! By no means does this mean you don't take training seriously. It requires time and commitment along with customized and organized training programs. A lot of trainers have knowledge, but few practice it themselves. Correct form and order of exercises are extremely important, as well as, continually changing up the program to keep things fresh and exciting! I do this myself, because I get bored doing the same old exercises of three sets of ten reps!
