Whether you're striving to be the fittest person you can be or simply using exercise as a tool to increase your quality of life, I want to help!

Be the best you can be...Be FABULOUS!!! My business motto reads "Move your body and your heart will follow" ... I think that encompasses it all. If we don't take time to exercise, we will make time for illness.

I am a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise and the owner of GoBody, Inc. I have spent the past 22 years as a passionate fitness enthusiast, was a group instructor and employed at the largest fitness center in East London, my hometown in South Africa. As part of their core training team, I performed in several fitness displays for the company and competed in events for charity. I challenge myself by competing in half and full marathons and raise funds from these events in order to give back to the community. Dynamic and armed with a passion for detail as well as a commitment to a results driven program, I will assist you in reaching your goals every step of the way. Trained as a teacher, my true passion is to educate others on how to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
