Most of my college courses are business courses, yet I was blessed to volunteer at a hospitals physical therapy unit for a year and a half.


I have been blessed to be physically active all my life. Though I have had a few injuries, I am thankful to have recovered from most of them. Though I did get involved in organized sports in high school, most of my activities before, during and after that were with family and friends. My parents did not have much, yet they lived by example in always being active in some way or another. My dad taught me some basics in working out, my high school coach and the upper classmen taught me some more. From there I read a lot exercise and bodybuilding magazines, experimenting with a lot of different workouts on myself. I soon started working for a gym and later became a Certified Personal Trainer. I've been blessed and honored to personal train for over 20 years now.
