16 years teaching Tai Chi and Qi Qong has taught me the value of focusing on mind, body and spirit. Each client has different needs, so there is no one set of exercises. They must be tailored to the individual and change as the clients body changes. For seniors balance and ability to perform everyday activities are important factors to address.
