Personal Trainer Overview

My husband and I own a 5200 sq ft gym near 271. We have a variety of specialties, and education, amongst our 9 certified personal trainers. We can accommodate all schedules and all fitness goals, including children and seniors. Also rounding out our wellness team, we have 2 Certified Massage Therapists, 1 Thai Massage Therapist as well as a Physical Therapist on site. We do not travel to home gyms.

Training Philosophy

I gained 60 pounds with each pregnancy! I had to learn of a fun, motivating way to lose the weight. No two workouts are alike! With our team of trainers, every personal training session with us is geared toward your individualized needs. You will train with the same trainer every time for continuity and consistency.

Bio

I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. I have 2 young children and understand how hard it is to make the time for a career and family! And, I gained 60 pounds with each pregnancy! I know how hard it is to lose the weigh. I believe in making our time together fun, but productive! I will always assign you homework. Most of the time you are away from the gym, and it's important for you to have responsibility and control over your food and healthy activities. Having the same trainer every time ensures consistency, and a relationship with a trainer who knows your goals and contraindications every time you come in.
