Training Philosophy

My training principals are built on low volume-High Intensity Training, where the training session will last no longer than 40-60 min depending on the type of wokout and the level of training, and there will be no more than 4 training sessions per week.

Education

Bio

I have been involved in sports most of my life. At the age of 3, I joined both the swimming team and the Judo team, and was competitive in both. I am a certified 1st Degree Black Belt in Judo, and won several junior national competitions when I lived in Egypt. I practiced wrestling (both roman and free-style) for some time, and competed in, and won, several local competitions. During my life journey, I practiced several other sports like Kickboxing for 2 years, racquet squash, and, water polo, all of which contributed to building a collective experience in the sports field. Now, at the age of 33, I compete on the amateur level in bodybuilding. I did a couple of shows in 2007 and 2009, and plan on competing on the national level very soon. Because of my extensive background in sports and lifetime commitment to it on a personal level, and the passion I have for it, I decided that to establish a career in sports in order to help others experience the same positive things sports, and fitness, have brought to myself and my life. I have spent countless hours in the gym and have been exposed to all kinds and levels of training and training conditions. I have experienced different kinds of sports injuries and learned how to deal with them, train around them, and treat them. I have tried all kinds of training splits, training volume, training intensity levels and training loads in my attempt to understand my own body and what works best for it. I know how to detect the early signs of overtraining and/or injury. I am very knowledgeable about nutrition from being on different types of diets in my attempt to stay in shape, or get competition ready. I know how to determine whether or not a diet plan is effective. Being a bodybuilder has led me to live a lifestyle that I truly enjoy. I have been approached countless number of times by family members, friends, neighbors, classmates, co-workers, and even strangers seeking my advice or help in designing effective training and nutrition regimens so that they may achieve their goals. It is always a pleasure sharing my experience with others.
