I have a functional approach to getting fit. You will learn a lot about how to move better. This helps you achieve your goals and to maintain your hard-won success.

Training Philosophy

I do personal training for all ages and types of people. I am a master level trainer. I am dedicated to inspiration, education, and clear and effective communication with my clients. I will help you to workout your whole body safely and efficiently. My high level of experience is the key factor that draws many of my clients. I have actually trained thousands of hours of sessions.

I was interested in helping people move better and I could see the positive and immediate impact. As a longtime student, I was an intense academic and earned top grades and graduated with honors. I found that working at an office and in a cubicle would make me feel like I was still spending late nights studying in the library. This profession puts me right out there and people are always watching you work. Altogether, it is more satisfying to have this clear and constant connection to my work with people.
