Adam is dedicated to creating a client-specific program designed to improve the overall fitness of his clients. As a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, Adam has worked with clients starting a fitness program for the first time, as well as seasoned athletes. Adam builds a foundation of core strength and proper body mechanics to avoid future injuries and promote overall performance. Adam’s interests are rock climbing, mountain biking, trail running and searching for his own optimal performance. He promises to not only improve your physical performance, but also your mental and emotional focus.

As a 18+ year veteran rock climber and runner, Adam has spent quite a bit of time in the gym. Wether training for a new climb or long trail run, he has used the gym to prepare and prevent injury. As a personal trainer. Adam couples an education in strength & conditioning with his own experience to help clients find their optimal performance.
