Personal Trainer Overview
I won't just dedicate a hour to you. I will dedicate 24 hours, 7 days a week to you. We will work together to put together the best food program and program design based on your wants and needs. It will be different for everyone.
I don’t just want to be your trainer I want to change your life for the better. We will make a difference by tailoring your program design to your wants and needs. Anyone can be a trainer and tell someone to do these exercises and eat these foods to get these results. I don’t want that image. I want to make a difference. We will work on putting together the best food program and work out regime to fit you. It will be different for everyone. That is why it is we make difference and not I. I obtain the knowledge to get you fit. The difference is anyone can get certified and say "Ok now do this". You may not find it enjoyable but it will get you results. I don’t want that. I want you to find enjoyment in your training. Say you don’t like using dumbbells I will not use dumbbells we can do so many other things in your workout I don’t need dumbbells. The fitness world is constantly evolving and I dedicate my whole life to fitness and try to stay as well up to date as I can with the knowledge. If you goal is to center you self mentally then that is what we will do we don’t even need to do strength training. Whatever your needs are, we will work together to make them reality. Say you like boxing we will incorporate boxing or some form of the arts into your Training. Maybe you like the practice of yoga; we will include that in your Training. Say you want to experience your training outside we will walk or run to the beach and train there. Whatever your needs, we will work together to make them happen. I will be following up every day with you to check on your progress and see how you doing with everything. Say you are really sore from the training I will help you to the best of my ability to slow that muscle soreness. Say by just added B vitamins to your diet. Whatever your goal may be I will help you to the best of my ability. I also when we are training I will dedicate a full hour to you. Say we finish in 45 minutes. I still have 15 minutes to help you so I will not say great see you in 2 days I will ask you how did that feel was that comfortable did you enjoy it? Would you feel more comfortable in another setting? How are your eating habits, do you eat 5 well balanced meals. Basically what I am trying to say is that I don’t just dedicate an hour to your training I dedicate 24 hours 7 days a week to you and we will make a difference.

I am 22 year old male who has loved fitness since I was able to walk. I played Varsity Soccer in High school, wrestled and was a gymnast. After high school I received my certification from ISSA for Personal Fitness Trainer. Since then I have been training friends and family. I have helped my friends and previous clients live a more healthy lifestyle from the way they eat and live there daily lives. I want to make a difference in peoples lives I don't just want to train. I joined this industry to help people achieve overall fitness. I can't say these are my words but there is a great quote from Equinox "It's not fitness, it's life" (Equinox).
