Training and Nutrition go hand in hand so as a experienced Nutrition Counselor I will assist you every step of the way. I design custom programs that incorporate all forms of training based on your goals and needs which include balance, core flexibility, strength, cardio respiratory and reactive. Different techniques used traditional weight training, plyometrics, Metabolic interval training, boxing, crossfit and circuit training.
