Training Philosophy

I teach a progressive integrated system using the NASM scientific method and the OPT Model. OPT stands for "Optimum Performance Training" and is divided into three different building blocks of training - "Stabilization", "Strength", "Power". The forms of training include: flexibility, cardiorespiratory, core, balance, reactive, speed, agility, quickness, resistance, and my personal awareness training. I also incorporate the East Asian medicine philosophy of "Chi" energy and teach how to develop it through exercise and breathing.
