Personal Trainer Overview
My sessions are usually higher intensity (depending on the client and goals) I like to keep the work outs fresh, no 2 work outs are exactly the same. I like to improve overall balance and functional strength first. I also do live training via a webcam and I have a fitness app starting at $10 a month, visit my site for more INFO.
