Personal Trainer Overview
Get the body that makes YOU happy, and have fun doing it. I'm a certified personal trainer offering fitness training for fat loss, muscle gain and general conditioning, both in my studio and as a mobile service. No more excuses. Expect results!
My personal training philosophy is grounded in my belief in two things: the need for balance, and the value of efficiency. I design programs with a balance between strength, core and cardiovascular training. When these components are implemented in a way that fits into our lives, it allows for consistency, and results follow. Designing an efficient, balanced program eliminates wasted effort, brings quicker results, and avoids burnout and boredom. I approach every session as a workshop or class, where I’m not simply putting a client through motions, but rather explaining why exercises are selected, what they target, and how they fit into the program as a whole. In doing so, I empower my clients with knowledge that will serve them long after the session ends.
I received my bachelor's and master's degrees from Virginia Commonwealth University.
I love helping people make fitness a real part of their lives and I specialize in new beginnings and starting from scratch. I'm also a proud father of two amazing kids.
