Personal Trainer Overview

I have been in the fitness industry for over a decade. I have learned from some of the best fitness minds in the Midwest and have used that knowledge to enhance people's lives to levels they once thought impossible. I began my career working as a fitness trainer in a high profile heath club and then decided to work independently in 2004. I now work exclusively as an in-home personal trainer, servicing clients in Naperville and the surrounding towns.

Training Philosophy

I believe that in-home training can lead to better results through the elimination of distractions that are common in health clubs. I want my clients to not only look good, but also feel good. Often overlooked is the way that one feels performing everyday tasks. How about having more energy at work? As you can see, "looking good" is only a piece of the puzzle. I concentrate on anything from weight loss to athletics; including balance training, core training, endurance, functional exercise, group fitness, Kettlebells, MMA conditioning & endurance, muscle toning, speed performance enhancement, strength training, and weight loss. People are amazed at how much can be accomplished with limited floor space and equipment.
