Personal Trainer Overview
As mobile trainer my services can be provided at the local park, your work place or the comfort of your own home. By receiving my services you can avoid overcrowded gyms, overpriced personal trainers and annoying gym contracts. I specialize in unconventional training and strength and conditioning. By having me as your trainer you will gain fat-loss, improved strength and conditioning, improved muscle tone and improved mobility.
My training methods main focus is real world strength and functional muscles not just mirror muscles (biceps). Which will include stronger joints and ligaments, improved shoulder mobility and hip mobility. This is where I feel I stand out from other trainers.
