Personal Trainer Overview
After working with all kind of clientele, I found that the most effective training methods combine resistance training with functional training and mobility exercise in order to reach one goals whatever it is losing weight, building muscle or perform better in one chosen sport.

Bachelor's of Science in Human Nutrition
I have been working for almost 20 years with different kind of clients, from those with disabilities, recovering from an injury, weight loss, muscle building, contest preparation, as well as young, amateur, professional, Olympic and elite athletes. Before moving to the United States, I worked as a dietitian in both sports and clinical setting. As a young men I competed in French Kickboxing (Savate) and Thai Boxing.
