Personal Trainer Overview
I believe it is important to design a program built around your interest, needs and lifestyle. Your exercise and nutrition should be something that will happily and easily fit into your lifestyle everyday for the rest of your life.
There are so many different types of exercise and eating variances that it's not necessary for you to conform to a plan that doesn't suit you. Instead, it's important to design a custom health plan that is as unique as you are.
I have been a personal trainer since the early 80's, an aerobics instructor, a Taekwondo student, Yoga and Pilates practitioner, I have worked at health clubs and helped clients with their exercise programs and nutrition throughout the years.
I have taken many classes over the years including tennis, yoga instruction classes, most of the beachbody programs, boot camps, aquatics and any new and challenging program that is out there, I have tried it. I enjoy challenging myself and others. I enjoy riding my road and mountain bikes, sprints, the water park and anything that keeps me active.
