I assist those seeking to reduce weight with nutritional advising and fitness training, aide seniors in their quest to maintain daily activity and independence with strengthening and flexibility, develop athleticism and motor skills with the younger demographic, and offer exceptional expertise and program-design for anyone desirous of leading a healthier lifestyle.

My name is Scott Franklin and my background in the health and wellness field has been largely shaped by my own experiences. Six years ago, I endured a severe 21-month illness that reaffirmed to me the importance of one’s health in their personal and family life. I enrolled at The Ohio State University and became certified as a Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2009. I have trained clients throughout college and graduated from Ohio State with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition in 2012. I have united my personal experiences, academic background and involvement within the industry to serve clients of all ages and challenges.
