Personal Trainer Overview

I take very special care with all clients I work with, they are never just another appointment to me. My clients are important commitments and are never treated as anything less than. I also firmly believe that open and honest communication between the trainer and the client is paramount. Many people fear the thought of working with a complete stranger sometimes, they never know if the person is going to be mean or just not really care about them but also the anxiety of feeling like you're being judge or fear that they might get hurt.Trust me I have been there before, so finding away to turn the fear into the fuel that motivates a person is what I do.

Training Philosophy

Everything takes time Weight loss, Muscle Growth,Lower Blood Pressure, Speed, Agility and Flexibility; I train and coach individuals in all these areas and the one thing I always remind them when we begin is.... It all take time. No one ever reaches their goal on the first day, not even on their 5th day. I design my workouts to push you and motivate you to the point that when we have reached the end of our session as tired as you may be you leave wanting more which carries over to the next session and next one after that so that 1 day becomes 1 month and you see yourself starting to reach your goals. All I will ever ask of you is that you give me your best effort and be committed to the process.

Education

I currently hold an A.A from The Art Institute of Washington in Digital Media Production

Bio

Heart Disease and Diabetes two very serious conditions that run rampant in my family and have taken so many of them out of this world far too soon,is largely why I began my own fitness journey. The fear of feeling that it could and would happen to me is what motivated me to become the Trainer that I am today. I started out like most trainers do, in a big box gym. After a few years I began to feel like I wasn't reaching the type of people who were really searching for an answer to their fitness goals but may not have had not necessarily the motivation but lack of confidence in saying "I need help." So I left the fitness clubs and began my own personal training business because everyone deserves the right to be fit and feel good about themselves without having to be a millionaire.
