Rebekah enjoys using a wide range of equipment combined with her skills, whether in individual training or in group training. Weight machines, bands, balls, Bosu’s, dumbbells, bars, pulleys, and kettle balls are just to name a few. She believes in constant change to keep the body in constant progression.

Training Philosophy

She understands firsthand the struggles of being overweight and out of shape. Her maximum weight was 190 pounds and exercise was nowhere to be found in her daily routine. Through continued use of diet and regular exercise she was able to reach and maintain her weight and fitness goals. It has now become her great passion to help other people achieve their health, fitness, and weight loss goals. She is continually researching health theory and methods to gain optimal health with the use of organic foods, herbs and supplements. It takes more than just exercise to revolutionize your health; we must change habits within the body, mind and spirit if we are to find the true long term fulfillment of our life goals. Our bodies will adapt to our workouts and our minds become bored; therefore, we must continue to challenge the body and mind with new and fun techniques that will move you to the next level in your fitness routine. In addition to individual personal training, she also teaches a wide range of classes. She has taught deep and shallow water aerobics, total body conditioning, stretching, a boot camp style class and a balance class for seniors and post rehab clients. Rebekah finds it extremely rewarding to work with clients dealing with physical limitations. Among her clientele are post- rehab patients recovering from hip and knee replacements, shoulder, back, neck and ankle surgeries, Parkinson’s disease and neuropathy. What most people notice about Rebekah is her warm personality and kind spirit. She has a way of making all her clients look forward to the next session.
