Training Philosophy

I specialize in sports specific training, metabolic Conditioning, functional strength conditioning, core strength and figure competition prep. I like to challenge and encourage my clients to surpass their physical and mental boundaries using functional exercise and sound nutritional planning. As your trainer, I will take your health and wellness personally, working alongside you to help achieve all of your fitness goals. With your determination and my dedication, together we can make anything happen.

Bio

As a fitness professional and lifestyle coach, I believe that a healthy mind is the foundation for obtaining and optimal level of health and fitness. I can't think of a better way to give back than to help improve someones quality of life. I like to think that I am a people person through and through. My drive, desire and unwavering dedication have taken me down many paths, one of which includes my passion for health and fitness. I earned my associates degree in liberal arts and science from Delhi Teach in New York. I went on to earn my bachelors in Exercise Sports and Science from Eastern Kentucky University with a minor in Dance. Currently, I am working towards my NASM certification. Along the way, I achieve a number of personal goals that I had set for myself. In high school I was a competitive runner and achieve national level status in the 800 meters. In college I achieve NJCAA and NCAA All-American status in the 800meters as well. I also became a member of the American Alliance for Health, physical Education and dance at Eastern Kentucky. I have recently followed my passion for figure and fitness competition and achieve overall status in the Alaska State Bodybuilding, fitness and figure championships.
