Personal Trainer Overview

I like to challenge my clients, and help them set goals that are attainable. I am here to work with you as you begin your fitness journey, and my goal is for you to see success in your program!

Training Philosophy

I believe that a healthy mind is just as important as a healthy body. I believe a positive mindset will help you stay motivated as you work towards your goals. I think that meditation along with journaling are so important as you go through your health journey, and I would love to recommend different techniques you can use as well as coach you through it. I do believe in clean, healthy eating, but I do not believe in deprivation. I want to work with your diet so that you do not feel overwhelmed. I also want to meet you where you are at. If you are just beginning your journey, I want to show you the basics and help you through the process. I want you to feel challenged, but excited to work out and run for your goals! I am here to cheer you on and help you to the best of my ability, and I want to see you succeed!


I am a Senior Psychology major at Widener University, and I am an ISSA certified Personal Trainer.


I have danced my whole life. With dancing comes an expectation to look a certain way, and the pressure to look perfect really lowered my self esteem. It wasn't until I went to college when I started eating the way I was supposed to and going to the gym. Providing my body with the right nutrition instead of skipping meals did a number on my body. I gained so much energy, and I fell in love with the gym. To this day, I know I do not have the "perfect" body, but I love the way I look, and more importantly, I love the way I feel. I am here to help my clients feel good in their own skin and gain their health back!
