Personal Trainer Overview
I'm not a bodybuilder, not an athletic trainer, nor am I a hard nosed drill instructor. I offer you support in a Non-intimidating way to help you achieve your goals. If you are between the ages of 30 and 60 you are who I want to work with because it is you that I can relate to the most having gone through many of the same issues.
My primary focus is in working with weight loss clients over 30 years old. As we age our bodies change and because of this our nutritional needs also change. I am passionate about proper nutrition without formal dieting or restrictions. As I am currently 41 years old, I am poised to understand your issues perfectly and some I've probably already experienced and overcame myself.
