I have been a professional trainer since 1998, and in 2005 I started Shape Up Fitness and Wellness to create an amazing place where people who really care and are passionate about fitness can come to transform themselves, learn how to accomplish things they never dreamed of, gain confidence, and have fun doing it.

Graduating from the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt Germany.
