Personal Trainer Overview
The main reason people should begin and maintain a training routine, is to enhance quality of life. Throughout our day we squat, push, press, and pull. These are the movements we should train for. I train clients with compound movements. This makes sure the muscles controlling these movements are at peak performance. This way you are strong, conditioned, and can operate in a full pain free range of motion.
There are no gimmicks, no easy ways! Just hard work! If your willing to put the time in your going to meet your goals.
I have over 20 years of training experiences. I've learned through trial and error. I've trained clients to many different goals.
I've been training in gyms since I was in High School. I began training for wrestling and haven't stopped. I found that training always seemed to be the number one factor in keeping me healthy and injury free. I began using corrective exercises to help maintain range of motion. I also incorporated mobility work into my training. Just these two techniques alone have allowed me to help improve the quality of life for numerous clients and myself.
