Personal Trainer Overview
I help people break through barriers to fitness such as chronic conditions, release from physical therapy, or the after effects of long-term medical treatment.
Every 60 minute personal training session includes warm-up, strength training, and cool-down with yoga. We work below the pain threshold to achieve maximum results while managing your specific set of conditions.

Margaret Schroeder founded FITNESS Mind Body Spirit after being diagnosed with thoracic outlet syndrome and fibromyalgia, the outcome of a stressful technology career that involved long hours of sitting. Her solution was to rebuild her interest in bodybuilding, yoga, and healthful eating while establishing a daily meditation practice. Using her unique background in fitness, yoga, culinary arts, psychology, and technology, Margaret now helps adults and seniors break through barriers to fitness by developing personal training and yoga programs that are body-specific, condition-specific. Many of her clients have experienced chronic conditions, release from physical therapy, or long-term medical treatment. Margaret genuinely loves teaching others how to carve their own personal path to total fitness and generously shares this love through her work with organizations such as the North Texas Fibromyalgia Support Group and the Dallas Area Parkinsonism Society, where she serves as a volunteer writer.
