I believe in training that betters your body and your life. I don't ask people to drastically change their eating habits or their lifestyles. I believe that you can maintain a healthy body and lifestyle without giving up the pleasures of life.
High school Diploma I have been in the fitness industry since August of 2014. I played football, ran track, and was a power lifter in high school.
I used to work in the oilfield but wanted to get into the fitness industry. I've always had a passion for fitness and helping people understand exercise. I want to reach as many people as possible to help this great country get in shape.
