Hello, I am a former fitness center owner and personal trainer with over 20 years experience. I recently moved here from the north east and have a few more spots available for private training. I have trained a wide range of clients from Doctors and Lawyers, to professional athletes and stay at home Moms...And everyone in between. No One person is the same. Each person has particular genetics, nutritional needs, athletic abilities, body type, goals, ect. These all need to be considered. I see trainers pushing short, stocky, female clients to do heavy squats... Do these woman want bigger legs and buttocks ? It Personal... That's why we Call it Personal Training.
