Personal Trainer Overview
Using a full-body, strength and cardiovascular training approach, there is no way to avoid results. We also include specific Golf Fitness training through a Titlist Performance Institute Certification.
You don't stand around doing biceps curls in your daily activities so don't workout like you. Incorporating your whole body into movements will not only more rapidly build your heart's strength, but it will set your body into an ideal weight and tone, while increasing range of motion and flexibility.
Pre-med degree from Lawrence University in Wisconsin. Certified through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM.org), the #1 and world leader of exercise fitness and research. Trained under some of the top fitness trainers in the US (CA and NY). Fitness training includes using everything from machines to balance and stability balls and dumbbells.
Started two personal training business (Chapel Hill Personal Training and Lake Geneva Personal Training).
