Training Philosophy

Have Fun... Get Fit... Because every client is different, each wellness program is unique. Exercise, massage, and biofeedback are used individually and in combination to achieve optimum results. Having overcome scoliosis and other health problems, Lou Heffernan has firsthand knowledge of techniques useful in prevailing over physical limitations. He is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Certified Personal Trainer. Bio

Lou Heffernan has worked within the health and wellness industry since 1981. His experience includes: being a Physical Education faculty member for Bradford College, a wellness professional for Martin Memorial Medical Center and Alternative Rehabilitation, a Biofeedback Technician for Grief & Loss Associates, a Special Olympics coach, an exercise instructor for assisted living facilities, as well as a board member for numerous health and self defense facilities throughout New England.
