Personal Trainer Overview

Over the last 5 years, I have helped over 100 busy women gain confidence and get fit through strength training and nutrition education. My education in nutrition, women's fitness and obesity prevention is put into each individual plan and personalized for your wants and needs, and my app makes it so your plans are accessible 24/7.

Training Philosophy

I believe a balance of proper nutrition, weight training, and cardio are necessary for healthy weight loss. With a strong background in nutrition and fitness, I am motivated to help women who have struggled with weight loss and who need guidance in the gym and in the kitchen. I believe each person has individual needs that must be catered to when creating a sustainable plan.

Education

Master's in Obesity Prevention and Management, Arizona State University Bachelor's in Dietetics, Arizona State University 2 Years experience as Nutrition Rep at Banner Health. 1 Year experience as Diet Tech at Tempe St. Luke's Hospital.

Bio

Growing up, my parents taught me that nutrition is a very important part of our lifestyle. I became a vegetarian in high school, and at that point became more interested in the nutrition field. I eventually chose to major in Dietetics at ASU, and then went on to complete a Masters program in Obesity Prevention and Management. While in school, I worked at a hospital, but then made the decision to become a personal trainer. I love being able to give my clients individual attention and help them reach their goals. There is nothing like seeing my clients gain strength and confidence both inside and outside of the gym.
