Personal Trainer Overview

I am LeRoy Scheinoha a certified personal trainer working in the Minneapolis, St Paul, and the surrounding area. I do individual one on one personal training sessions, small group training sessions, and boot-camps. I have worked with a wide range of clients. Whatever your goal is I will help you reach it, whether you are a athlete or someone just interested in losing weight. I will help you reach your goals and exceed them.

Training Philosophy

My philosophy is in order to reach the results you want; you need to push a little past your comfort zone. My job as a trainer is to help motivate and push my clients within their own abilities. I hold my clients accountable to reach their goals.


Experience: I have been certified as a personal through ISSA (International Sports Science Association) for over three years. I have been personal training now for over three years. I have trained a wide range of clients from weightloss clients all the way to athletes and bodybuilders. Whatever your goal is I will help you to reach it. Training Philosophy: My training philosophy is everyone has more physical potential then they credit themselves. On their own, most people tend to hold back and stay in their comfort zone. My job is to push them just outside their comfort zones to get the results they want. Every client is different and I believe needs to be pushed in different ways. My job as a trainer is to push my clients within reason and physical ability.


Background in fitness: My interest in fitness began when I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps out of high school. After high school I served for four years in the Marine Corps. While in the Marines I began lifting and helping train fellow Marines. While in the Marines I helped conduct PT (physical training) for Marines in my unit. Before leaving the Marines I got certified in personal training. After being done with my four years of service in the Marines I moved up to the twin cities to pursue personal training. I have also competed in an NPC (National Physique Committee) amateur body building show.
