Personal Trainer Overview
I use my knowledge and experience in strength training, pilates, yoga and functional training to create customized workout programs for each individuals needs and goals. I mix things up frequently so you and your muscles will never get bored and continue to look and feel better. I also teach hybrid, bootcamp, pilates, step and yoga classes.
Getting fit does not just mean lifting weights and running on the treadmill. there are so many other components that go into the equation. Together we will address issues, set goals, create a nutrition program and work through any road blocks or plateaus. While learning how to live a healthy lifestyle you will also learn more about yourself. My training style really depends on what each individuals goals are. However I specialize in functional training, core training, pilates, plyometrics, sports training and resistance training.
