Personal Trainer Overview

I am a master personal trainer, I have certifications in personal training, youth fitness, senior fitness, fitness nutrition, group fitness, and many more. I have worked with clients that are recovering from heart attacks, knee surgeries, back injuries, shoulder injuries, and clients that are morbidly obese. I have the skills to help you reach your goals.

Training Philosophy

I love what I do, and I love helping my clients reach their goals. I believe that exercise should be fun or clients won't want to do it. I think that a client that is having fun will see greater results because they are not thinking about the exercise they are doing but are enjoying their workout.


I am an ISSA certified Master Personal Trainer. I am certified as a personal trainer, senior fitness specialist, youth fitness specialist, fitness nutrition specialist, group fitness.


In my youth I was a weapons load crew member in the United States Airforce. I injured my knee while on active duty, fast forward 20 years and you would find me having the most horrendous knee surgery ever, and then having the same surgery eighteen months later because the first surgeon messed up. At that time I was told that I probably wouldn't walk again, I told my surgeon you just watch me. As a side note, I should tell you that I am a tall woman at 5'11" but at this point I had been non weight bearing for over 2 years and with no activity for that longi had ballooned up to 280 pounds and knew I needed to do something. So after physical therapy the second time I hired a personal trainer, we worked together 3 times a week for 2 years. While woo working with my trainer I lost about 20 pounds. It was at that time I decided I could totally do her job. So at the age of 42 I became a personal trainer, as I studied for my exam I used the methods I learned ans designed my own works and by the time i tested, I had dropped another 50 pounds, from there I just kept getting certifications that would help me help my clients. Since then I have dropped down to 175 and with daily exercise I eat what I want and maintain my weight.
