Kama Fitness has been training a wide variety of clients in the fitness world, from busy moms and college students to business women for over 10 years all over the world. With certifications including Yoga, Pilates, Nutrition, Martial Arts and Personal Training, along with degrees in Education and the Social Sciences, we have the tools to guide you towards a Healthier, Happier You.

Training Philosophy

Kama Fitness believes Fitness should be Fun! Our experienced and certified instructors guide students through Yoga, Pilates, Aerial Yoga, Aerial Pilates and Fitness Training to small groups and private sessions. Safety is always first as we help students discover fun ways of getting fit and enjoying movement in their bodies. With backgrounds of over ten years in Education, Self Defense and Nutrition, along with traveling around the world, Kama Fitness offers a unique experience that is always enjoyable. BA in Education, Social Sciences. Lived abroad for 6 months. Certified and Trained in Group Aerobics Instruction, Pilates, Nutrition Specialist, 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certified, CPR/First Aid, and hold a Black Belt in Mixed Martial Arts. Have been training clients for over ten years.


I struggled with depression and weight gain in my teenage years. When I began to turn my life around with fitness and health, I adopted a clean eating lifestyle and began to explore fitness through training for 5k's and half marathons. I have discovered my love if fitness, and my passion to share this love to others.
