Personal Trainer Overview

Taking pride in my retention rate. I encourage my clients to be highly motivated and steadfast to meet their goals. We discuss all the main factors on a continual basis to meet those goals. One of them being nutrition and how to get the best from their nutritional program. I'm a stickler on form and making that mind to muscle connection as well as keeping my clients at the least possible risk of injury. Our studio is about getting tough with ourselves as well as having a blast in a family-friendly setting. My main goal is to get you to reach yours!

I've always been physically active through my life and working in the fitness industry was always a passion. After 13 years of being in the banking business, I was stressed, weak, and depressed. I couldn't stand another day of working in an enclosed environment that carried so much stress and pressure. At an early age, and two young children, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis in my hips. I was a mess and knew I needed to make some serious changes in my life. So I decided to follow my passion and started studying to become a personal trainer. It wasn't long before the medical issues I was diagnosed with a few years prior went into a state of remission! I had flexibility once again in my body AND with my new career; I was motivating and helping others to overcome their physical hurdles, and loving every second of my job that never felt like a job at all! I always tell my clients: "My goal is to help you achieve yours!" And nothing could be truer ! I will teach you how to train properly, keeping you at the least possible risk of injury. I like to have fun, and make this fun and when you see the results starting to appear, you will want nothing more that to continue to work hard to see more!
