Personal Trainer Overview
During a typical training session we will review your progress for the previous week as well as your goals for the up coming week. Then after a brief warm-up we will go through a goal oriented workout. In the workout we will include core and stability, cardio, weight training, muscle endurance, and flexibility. Throughout the sessions motivation will come from the emotional reasons for working out. As a trainer I become a therapist, listening friend, coach, and a fitness partner. We train all age groups and all fitness levels. We tailor to your personal goals, physical condition and limitations

Bachelors of Art– McDaniel College Majoring in Exercise Science and Physical Education
I have been a trainer at Four Seasons going on 3 years now. I am a graduate of McDaniel College in Westminster, MD; majoring in exercise science with a minor in athletic administration and athletic training. I played 4 years of college football with McDaniel; I also played numerous sports in high school. I hold a certification in personal training with AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) and I am currently studying for the ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) certificate. I have specialized myself in strength and sports training, although I am knowledgeable in various aspects of health and fitness. I enjoy working with hard working goal focused clients.
