Personal Trainer Overview
Always willing to try new ways of training. Mostly free weights and body resistance exercise circuits instead of isolated exercise machines.
Eclectic and "Think Out Side The Box" philsophy. Instead of going by the book and not doing something because they say not to, I usally try it first to see if they are wrong or right and say "why not ths way". No cookie cutter routines used on everybody. Incorporates different styles of conditioning methods and exercises that you may have not seen before, to make exercise fun. Exercise should be play like when you were a youth, not a boring chore, but you need to push your body to the limit to get the body you want.
B.S in Sport Management Interned and work at YMCA Teach Weight Training & Boot Camp Classes
Interned at the Wilkes-Barre Family YMCA in January, 2007 and became employed in April, 2007. Wellness Coordinator until 2013. Worked in corporate settings. Currently Program Director at teh Lock Haven Area YMCA
