Personal Trainer Overview
Located at St. Joe's University, Valley Forge Fitness boot camps are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6AM. This fitness program boasts an element of non-routine to your daily workout that compliments each previous workout. Instructors are highly credible certified outdoor fitness instructors who practice safety while bringing you the best in outdoor fitness boot camp programming.

Founder and CEO for Valley Forge Fitness, Washington has a passion for fitness and it has been his vision to implore exercise design for over 6 years. In the fall of 2002 he traveled to Seville, Spain to study the language and culture in hopes of furthering his education received in psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College. As a six time NCAA track and field All-American, the desire to remain in shape on a budget was of the utmost importance. Washington studied and practiced under a multitude of high profile European coaches. Later he had the opportunity to implement many of his adapted training techniques in the Olympic training facilities located in Seville. Using nationally accredited certifications including AAAI among others, Washington has become a specialist in functional strength training. His instructional on running improvement and endurance development is held each Wednesday at two locations.
