Personal Trainer Overview
I customize the training methods I use to fit my client's goals, preferences, physical condition and capabilities.
I believe in making your workout fun AND effective. I mix things up to keep you interested, taking your goals into account . Some of my training methods are body sculpting, weight training, circuit training, flexibility training, aerobics, weight loss programs, and strength training.
I am experienced in bodysculpting, weight training, exercise for special populations, bootcamps, assessments, flexibility training, strength training and weight loss coaching. I train both men and women, the elderly and youth as well.
