Personal Trainer Overview
Having a dance background, I strongly believe in using your own body weight as the primary source of power and resistance. In most cases, when clients describe the type of body they would like to have, such as "I want a long and lean look" , they are describing a body of a dancer. Dancers don't move through space with dumbbells so it says something about trainers who are overly equipment minded.
I focus on resistance and cardio working together during sessions with my clients. Some trainers will work on resistance training during sessions and then send their client off to do hours of cardio on there own. During my sessions, I marry the two for a time efficient and effective fat blasting workout.
I am certified by The American Council of Exercise and also attended The National Personal Training Institute.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer in the Washington DC area. I am certified by The American Council of Exercise and also attended The National Personal Training Institute. My background includes commercial/glamor modeling, cheer leading, ballroom dance instruction and competition. Through my background, I have mastered the art of getting fit fast! My specialties include fat loss, body composition, muscular and cardiovascular endurance. Looking good and feeling good is a extremely important to me and I love to share that feeling with my clients.
