Personal Trainer Overview
Not only do my clients get results, they learn how to move better, eat better, feel better etc. Through functional and performance training, as well as nutrition programs and coaching you will drop body fat and feel confident and able in you everyday tasks and hobbies.
We exercise not only to look good but to feel good as well. Exercises and routines you will perform with me will directly relate to the functionality of your body so that you are able to do the things you want!
2 Years in Exercise and Movement Science at Lane Community College.
The love of martial arts made me want to understand movement. Learning about movement made me want to be able to control it as well as possible. Through formal and extended education I have learned so much about the science of movement, of exercise, and of nutrition. I continue to read and learn more each day.
