Personal Trainer Overview
Dr. Greenberg earned his MD at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and then completed his residency in internal medicine at Washington Hospital Center in 1996. Subsequently he received his Board Certification in Internal Medicine in 1996. In 2001, Dr. Greenberg went into private practice, and the emphasis of his practice was on preventative medicine, nutrition, fitness, and patient education. He also taught Physical Diagnosis to George Washington University medical students. Dr. Greenberg received his BA in Humanities at Johns Hopkins in 1988 where he wrestled and was a member of the crew. Dr. Greenberg has vast experience with weight reduction, bodybuilding, strength training, woman's health and osteoporosis, the geriatric population, physical rehabilitation regimes, coronary risk assessment, stress testing, and diabetes. Dr. Greenberg is an expert on exercise physiology and muscular anatomy. Dr. Greenberg is utilizing his expertise in the field of personal training. He received his training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine. He first worked as a personal trainer at the Harbor Nautilus in Baltimore in 1989. More recently Dr. Greenberg was a personal trainer at Gold's Gym and LA Fitness. Dr. Greenberg started strength training and bodybuilding 30 years ago and has played sports his entire life. He has 22 years of experience as a fitness professional. BETHESDA FITNESS PERSONAL TRAINING STUDIO Our personal training studio is located at 9305 Old Georgetown Road in Bethesda Maryland, a block from the YMCA and 3/4 mile north of Suburban Hospital. There is ample private parking directly in front of the studio. The training studio is owned and operated by Eric Greenberg, MD, CPT a personal trainer certified by the American College of Sports Medicine. Eric C. Greenberg, MD, CPT's Biography Eric Greenberg, MD, CPT is a personal trainer certified by the American College of Sports Medicine. He lives in Bethesda, 9305 Old Georgetown Road next to the YMCA a mile north of Suburban Hospital. Dr. Greenberg has a lifetime commitment to personal health, fitness, and sports and is dedicated to helping others peruse this commitment. Dr. Greenberg received his BA in Humanities at the Johns Hopkins University in 1988. He was member of the crew and wrestled while he completed his pre-med requirements at Hopkins. Dr. Greenberg earned his MD at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and then completed his residency in internal medicine at Washington Hospital Center in 1996.
