Personal Trainer Overview

Hi, my name is Daniel and I am the owner of Olympian Fitness. Olympian Fitness guarantees results, it's that simple. No matter what a client's goal is, OlympianFitness will get you there through incredible programming! We believe in setting reasonable and achievable goals, as well as providing the tools and education to make our clients self sufficient. Too often personal training cripples the client into using the trainer as a crutch instead of as a motivator. Clients that train with OlympianFitness will learn the ins and outs of exercise and kinesiology, what proper nutrition for their goal is, and will be put through incredible and appropriate workouts.

Training Philosophy

My primary goal is educating my clients on exercise, nutrition, and the lifestyle changes that will be required to reach their goals. I believe in consistency, no nonsense, hard work, and determination. Clients that work with me always attain their goals and are constantly setting new ones.

As far as exercise is concerned, I have been working out since I was 16 years old. At 18 I got into serious lifting, and became a certified personal trainer at 19. I turned my passion into a career, and it is one of the most rewarding things I have ever done. Everyday I have the opportunity to change the life of my clients. Sometimes it a small thing like doing a push up, other times its a loss of 50 lbs. Regardless of the goal, each achievement is equally awesome. I love what I do, and I would love to help you reach your goals!
