Bio

All my life i struggled with my weight due to anxiety and depression. I have tried every fad diet and exercise program. I would only receive temporary results and go back to the way I was. I finally had enough and wanted to accomplish my goal being a professional dancer. I hired a trainer and he held me accountable to my goals and I was able to come in on my own and know what to do. After committing to the workouts and hard work I got to call up my trainer and say "Hey, Guess what....I'm going on tour!!" I am now paying it forward.
