Purpose Driven Fitness's training methods are focused on functional movement that is evidence based to the latest research in human movement. Developing strategies for the individual client to see results in their busy schedule is the challenge that Purpose Driven Fitness is passionate about.
Our philosophy is to educate and apply fitness techniques that are evidence based and cutting edge in the fitness industry. One person’s routine is going to be completely different than the next person’s routine. It's our mission to never do the same workout twice and to always keep exercise as fun as possible.
