Personal Trainer Overview
YMCA Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda
You can't train everyone the same. Every person has their specific needs. First is to evaluate the person to see where they are at. Next we would set up a program in cycles to get the person up to speed, this process would be overall body workout for the first 3-6 weeks. Next we will discuss what you like and incorporate those exercises into a tailored program specifically fo you. After the first 3-6 weeks you will go on a 3 day a week routine unless your interested in more and hit a couple body parts per workout as well as an aerobic program and nutritional program. Throughout the process I will evaluate your progress and be there the whole time as a coach and motivator.
