Personal Trainer Overview

I treat every person based on an individualized case basis regarding health history and injury background while developing their plan to meet specific goals in a realistic safe time period.

Training Philosophy

I believe a comprehensive, holistic approach to wellness is the only way to gain spiritual and physical enlightenment. Every aspect of your livelihood should be taken into account as a means to attaining these goals. My areas of focus are athletic related strength training, motivational guidance,nutrition counseling, weight loss, physical rehabilitation, cardio, and cross training.


Bachelors in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science. Minor in Health.


I am an accomplished multi-sport all-star athlete that was a scholarship recipient for baseball and football at a division two college. A former all-american rugby player and sergeant in the Army infantry while still currently playing competitive baseball in a wooden bat league.
