Personal Trainer Overview

I love being able to motivate individuals in achieving their lifestyle goals and aspirations. I feel my purpose on this Earth is to help people and this job gives me the platform to do that. It is such an rewarding aspect as a trainer and nutritionist to connect with another person, assist them in finding their strengths and weaknesses, and finally recreating their self-esteem, health status, and outlook on Life. In the health and fitness industry, it's rare for a professional to have obtained both a licensed dietitian and personal trainer credential. My academic and experience in both fields is one major factor in consistent client success rates .

Training Philosophy

My philosophy on training is to first obtain a working knowledge of my client's body and mind. I take an holistic approach to training each individual by targeting their mental and physical weaknesses and enhancing their strengths. I also integrate a progressional nutrition regime with every stage of my training program because the body needs certain nutrients at specific times of the day in order to work efficiently and maximize my client's training efforts. It is essential to obtain a balance in nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle. That is why I named myself The Exercise Nutritionist

For the past 8 years I have trained and consulted individuals and groups on the guiding principles of exercise, diet, and nutrition. Being raised by a personal trainer (my mother) groomed me for this path from birth. In high school and college I competed in Track and Field, which allowed to develop the awareness of the nutritional impact of physical performance. I knew from there, my purpose was to help individuals realize true wellness through simple lifestyle adjustments, consistent motivation, and relentless support.
