Certifications

  • When choosing a personal trainer it is important to make sure they are professionally certified. I currently hold three NCCA accredited certifications and am actively working on a fourth to obtain the title of “Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach”

My goal is to change people’s lives through fitness. Sure that sounds pretty cliché, but I truly mean it! Our body is our temple, our treatment of it affects every other aspect of our lives. If we don’t maintain good mental and physical health, both of which can be accomplished through exercise, then our relationships, careers, and overall well-being suffer. Fitness can change your life, I know because it changed mine! I will work with you to make sure you have a reliable and consistent plan established that is well-rounded and progressive. I’m not just there to put you through challenging workouts, but also to educate you and motivate you along the way. Failure is NEVER an option!
